Thanks for shopping at Probe It Food Safety

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You have 5 business days to request a refund from the date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, some of the following applies:

Process

  • First, to request a refund, please make a request in writing to Probe It Food safety at support@probeit.ca
  • Once we receive your email request, we will start the process and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your refund request
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Funds will be available within 5-10 business days from the date the refund has been processed.

General Rules

  • There will be NO refund if the candidate/user has logged into the course.
  • There will be NO refund provided if the request is outside of 5 business days.
  • Candidate may transfer to another course (provided the user has not logged into the original course)
  • If premium package has been purchased (Course & Exam & Study Guide) a $20 administration fee to process refund will be applied (provided the user had not logged into the course).

Refund will not be applicable

  • If Student’s environment such as computer, speaker, camera does not function properly
  • Student decides or has a change of heart to go with a different online course provider
  • Once a user or candidate starts or logs into the course
  • If request for refund is made outside of 5 business days.
